Our Story

Krisin was born from a simple insight: knowledge isn't enough—practice makes change stick.

Our founder, Gowri Sinha, spent years coaching professionals across industries. Again and again, she saw that workshops and trainings often fell short. People wanted to grow, but they needed structured practice, bite-sized guidance, and real-time support to turn knowledge into lasting behavior.
