I could able to see the difference in my thought process in decision making or while interactions related to process with the team members. Tool was user friendly. The topics covered, created self awareness on what we are doing and how to approach things in a structured manner.

The way training modules are designed and trained, breakout sessions gives time to think on real time training modules the way they are presented, how they can be use them to handle the situations

When i had a one to one conversation with my stakeholder I was surprised to learn how invested he was in me and my career. The feedback boosted my morale and helped me focus on areas where I can add the maximum value. The way the to-do-list is captured and really easy to use and focus on what you need to do when it was due and how you can do it. Above all I like the usage of impactful proverbs that motivated me even more.

Krisin's training has helped me since this is the first time, I have come across a training/coaching program that focusses on daily practice. This helped me in practicing various techniques and understand how to develop myself.

After the training session you relentlessly follow up to take the exercise and practice the session, which really kept us on our toes in order to match the expectations. This truly inspired me to put in the extra effort to put what I learned at the training session into practice.
