Krisin program emphasised active listening and clear, concise communication, which I have been applying in meetings and daily interactions.

My colleagues noticed and shared that I have Improved body posture, and I speak without ahhs and hmms. I also learnt to use Pauses wherever necessary.

I’ve been putting extra effort into drafting structured emails to ensure my communication is clear and to the point. I now make it a point to greet people properly before starting a conversation and try to speak at a steady pace with an audible and clear tone. While I’ve observed some improvement in my communication skills, I know there’s still room to grow. I plan to keep practicing and working on other aspects to become more confident and natural in my overall communication and presentation style.
